Cheese and Honey Board

Servings 8

On a wooden board several cheeses circle a small jar of Savannah Bee Company Honey for Cheese. The cheeses are humboldt fog, herb crusted goat cheese, aged cheddar, and brie wedges. Crackers are being spread with wooden spreading knives.

Overview

Get out your cheese knives and honey spreaders! The holidays just got easier with this stunning cheese and honey board. We’ve curated some of the best cheeses to pair with our delicious honey for cheese.

Instructions

1. Wash Up!

2. Arrange: Place the honey in the center of a board. Arrange the cheeses and crackers artfully around the honey.

To Serve: Slice some of the cheeses to encourage guests to dig in.

Pro Tip: We love the flavor and beauty of a Humboldt Fog cheese. (It’s the one with a grey line of edible vegetable ash running through the center and around the edges). It’s often mistaken for blue cheese, but it’s actually an aged goat cheese. If you have trouble finding it, a blue cheese would be a great addition to this board.

Table Talk:  If you have to clean a HUGE mess in the kitchen, what’s the playlist or album that can get you through it with a smile on your face?
